Standard Rate - Non refundable.
Flexible Rate - Cancellation up to midday on day of arrival for a full refund (excluding credit card surcharge where applicable).
Note: If a flexible rate booking is cancelled, a standard rate reservation can not then be made within a 24hr period.
All credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge at time of booking. No additional charge is made for payments made by debit card.
