Having stayed in most hotels in the Dyce area through the years what a pleasure it was to stay at the Park Cottage Guest House. Stayed there from 1st April to 5th April. Cannot fault anything,everything excellent. Will definetely stay there again.

I stayed at Park Cottage on 05th February 2013 for 4 nights whilst attending BOSIET course in Aberdeen.
Both times Bob and Beryl made me feel very welcome.
The accommodation is five stars hotel standards.
The breakfast is served very good selection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, jams, cereals and very mouthwatering coffee and tea.
I would highly recommend staying at Park Cottage Guest House for everybody.
Do not need looking for another accommodation in Aberdeen, because this is the best.
I hope to go back to the courses in the near future and would only stay at Park Cottage Guest House.

Stayed here while doing a course at Falck Nutec and I have to say this is the loveliest place to stay. The owners really do go out of their way to make your stay more than comfortable. this place has the quality of service and comfort level of a 5 star hotel, for cheaper! Bob and Beryl are a smashing couple and can't wait to come back.... it's not often you can't wait to go back to a B&B

I had the great pleasure of staying with Bob and Beryl from the 14th of October until the 19th of October.I was there to do a course and Bob very kindly took me round Dyce in his car so I new where everything was for the next day.I would highly recommend staying at Park Cottage Guest House. The accommodation was second to none and I couldn't fault it in anyway.The extensive range of breakfast cereals, cold meats,cheese's fresh fruits and good selection of bread and different types of croissant.I hope to go back to Dyce in the near future and would only stay at Park Cottage Guest House.

I stayed at Park Cottage on 3/9/12 - 6/9/12 and 10/9/12 - 13/9/12 whilst attending courses in Aberdeen. Both times Bob and Beryl made me feel very welcome. The accommodation is first rate and maintained to the highest standards. The real assest that Park Cottage has is Bob and Beryl themselves, they make it a 'home from home',and can not do enough for thier guests.

I have stayed at Park Cottage for the last 12 months and can recommend for long or short stay.
Great rooms, free wifi, great en suite facilities and great choice at Breakfast.
Bob and Beryl made me feel like I was part of the family. Better than any Hotel I have stayed in Dyce

Probably the best guest house I have stayed in. Even better than the hotels I stay in and I travel the length and breadth of the country.
The room was beautifully furnished and very very clean. A great continental selection breakfast was on offer. Bob and Beryl was a great host.
Don’t look elsewhere.

 I stayed with Bob and Beryl for two nights, and I must say, they were the best two nights in a guest house I have ever had.
The room is spotless, clean, warm and welcoming. It was a real nice touch to have a thick quilt, a really quiet fridge and free wi-fi.
Beryl really catered for my dietary needs and made a wonderful and beautiful breakfast, which I highly recommend!
The cottage itself is really elegant, clean, fresh and modern. I had an amazing stay, and I want to thank Bob and Beryl for their warm and open hospitality and beautiful cottage.

Stayed here last week 26th April for 4 nights.
Got a warm friendly welcome and it felt like home.
The guest house is exceptionally clean and modern with everything you could wish for.

Park Cottage first class accommodation,
Stayed at this guest house for some 6 weeks and when I was unsure as to my work schedule Beryl and Bob, always made sure that a room was available for me,
Spotless and extremely comfortable with off street parking, puts even the most expensive hotels in the area to shame, easy assess to rail and airport, I would fully recommend the Park Cottage to any one, requiring accommodation in the Dyce area

What more could you want from a guest house? Brilliantly kitted out rooms, en-suite, modern and spacious, with two of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, and itâÂÂs in a great location for access into Aberdeen city centre and Dyce Airport. I was nothing but impressed by the entire experience and would recommend anyone to Beryl or Bob.
If you think hotel with a guest house personality you wouldn't be far wrong.

what can i say about the park cottage. Well Bob & Beryl are the perfect hosts.You will find in the rooms 100% perfection big doulbe bed to die for so comfortable you may even want to take the mattress offshore with you. The bathroom is large and very clean with no mildew on the tiles or shower area a total pleasure to be staying here for the 2nd time now . Bob & Beryl well done you are a credit to offshore workers keep up the good work.
